• 3.1. All products are fulfilled using a print-on-demand service. We currently use Printify but reserve the right to change or add additional print-on-demand providers at our discretion. Orders are processed and shipped by third-party providers, and we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
• 3.2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• 3.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by our print-on-demand providers, third-party fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
• 3.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds (Store-Specific – Print-On-Demand Policy)

• 4.1. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error.
• 4.2. To qualify for a refund or replacement, the item must have a manufacturing defect, misprint, or incorrect fulfillment. A clear photo of the issue must be provided, and the request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• 4.3. If your refund request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
• 4.4. Do NOT send items back to the manufacturer. If the order was fulfilled correctly, we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
